Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process through the evotech.bg website, what we use it for and what rights you have.

Who we are

The data controller is Evo Tech Development EOOD, UIC 204234209, 1A Petko Karavelov Blvd, Sofia, Bulgaria. You can reach us at office@evotech.bg or on +359 887 681 428.

What data we receive

When you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name and email address and, if you provide them, your company, the direction you selected and your message. When you email or call us, we receive the data you give us yourself.

The website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising and does not use any visitor analytics tools.

What we use it for

We use the data only to answer your enquiry and to discuss a possible collaboration. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not send you marketing messages without your explicit consent.

Who else has access

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Only the providers who help us technically have access: our email service provider and, when the form is sent through an external service, the provider of that service. They process the data only on our instructions.

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). On every visit GitHub processes technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the page and protect the service. Details are in the GitHub privacy statement.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep the correspondence for as long as we need to answer and follow up on the conversation. If we start working together, the data becomes part of the contract documents and is kept for the periods required by law. If not, we delete it when it is no longer needed, or earlier if you ask us to.

What is stored in your browser

The website stores in your browser only your choice in the cookie banner and your accessibility settings, such as text size and contrast, plus a temporary flag for the page-change animation that is deleted when you close the tab. This information is not sent to us, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its processing, to object to it and to receive it in a portable format. To do so, email us at office@evotech.bg. We will reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
